The Borderland Chapter is a vital part of the National Federation of the Blind of Texas. The chapter serves El Paso and the surrounding area. Its members are hardworking blind men and women who have a strong desire to work with one another to improve the lives of blind people in the El Paso area and around the state and nation.

Meeting Schedule: 1:00 PM, on the first Saturday of every month.
